Just had Eddie come by and dig 18 inch holes for 16 inch sonotubes. It passed inspection with zero issues and he poured the concrete beautifully with no mess to my property. These guys made the entire process easy, efficient and he’s a very respectful individual. If your a contractor looking for someone that you don’t need to babysit… he’s your guy. I’m definitely going to use him again soon.

Proper Construction company recently replaced our old deck with a new, modern, made of treated wood deck. From start to finish it was a great experience. Eddie is an expert in his field and offered several designs and suggestions for the job. The quality of materials and workmanship of the deck is excellent. His crew was professional, courteous, and are diligent workers. They kept the job site clean and well organized. The final result turned out exactly as we anticipated. Eddie and his team were phenomenal. My husband and I contacted Eddie about replacing our fence and he came out to give us a quote within two days. The quote was reasonable and the job itself took about a week to complete. The on-site staff were friendly and kept a very tidy workspace. The team also cleaned up after each visit. I met with Eddie back in the fall 2021 but decided to wait until Spring 2022 to get my new fence and deck. Eddie was very accommodating and did a fantastic job with his team. They got it done in a short amount of time in the beginning of April. His pricing was also very fair when considering a high lumber costs and price gouging by other competitors. Proper Construction is a great company for your backyard projects. I engaged Proper Construction and met Eddie to discuss my need to build a custom build gazebo and wood/composite decking. We are impressed with Eddie’s professional approach on the first meet and hence without any negotiation we went with Eddie & his team to build deck and gazebo. The work started as soon as we got the required shipments and they spent a good amount of time to build them perfectly and adopting to the changes we made in between. I should say the team has very great and nice people. They are very professional and know what they are doing. It is very easy to deal with Eddie and the team, and the communication is very direct without any medium/unwanted reception. In every step they made it clear we are happy and provided information. We are very much happy that we found the right people and cant express our joy in words that how they changed the unwelcoming backyard into an oasis! I highly recommend Proper Construction, Eddie and his team for any custom build gazebo and any type of decking needs.

Right from the first phone call, Eddie was responsive, professional and incredibly detail oriented. He arrived and walked me through the scope of the work needed. The written estimate accounted for every possible detail and contingency, so there were no surprises at all throughout the process after work started. A proposal I got from Eddie was as detailed as possible, and it was a big factor in my decision to hire him.

Eddie and his crew were very considerate with our time frame and provided a thoughtful scheduling. Work was efficiently completed on time. Every step of the way, I felt like Eddie along with every single member of the crew had my best interests in mind.

I am very happy I called Proper construction. I spoke with Eddie he gave me a quote and just a few days later the project started! The fence was made as per my vision , Eddie and his crew had a can do attitude and were a pleasure to work with . They relocated and made the new fence with extreme precision, very professional hard working . Obviously very experienced. The entire job was completed in few days ( despite some rain) . It could not have been done any better . 100% content!!

Agree with all those nice reviews, awesome service. Eddie and his colleague came on time to me even after another job in the morning. They went the extra mile to meet me at home depot to pick the 5 posts they would install. They finished digging by manual tools in a short time because the area was having bushes and shrubs. Posts were installed levelled properly in under 3 hours. Thank you so much

Eddie and his crew came in with short notice. The job had some challenges because its an older neighborhood with tree roots and other obstacles. Had one of the other big post hole companies come in and all they found were obstacles and reasons why they couldnt do the job but Eddie and his team saw the obstacles and found solutions. Would highly recommend.

The materials we purchased for the deck were discounted which created many obstacles during construction. I would give 6 stars if I could. Eddie and his team were a pleasure to work with. Eddie was very helpful and communicated clearly during the consultation phase. There were no hidden costs and he was up front with everything. The team worked very efficiently and was respectful of our space. Their craftsmanship is very good, I had no issues and the few requests I made they did with ease. I will be going back to Eddie and his team when it’s time to build a pergola for the jacuzzi.
